Terrance Carroll, the Speaker of the House, is looking to re-write Colorado’s election laws in the last few weeks of the legislative session.

“Mail-in ballots may be picked up by an organization
and delivered to the county clerk”

This bill is about to be introduced and pushed into law.

Right now, it looks like a REALLY BAD bill, including same day voter registration.
